A native Minnesotan, I first experienced Vermont as a UVM student in the early 2000s and quickly developed a deep appreciation for the state’s character and community. Since then, I have made my home in many towns across central Vermont, gaining firsthand knowledge of the diversity and nuances of several regions. I have also personally purchased, renovated and sold homes, giving me practical insight into construction, value-added improvements, and the true costs and rewards of homeownership. This experience allows me to advise clients not just on what a home is, but also on how it can be transformed.

As a former sommelier, I understand that rewarding outcomes come from thoughtful pairing, matching the right people with the right homes at the right time.
