I have had the pleasure of working with Geri on the purchase of two properties; first as a first-time buyer on a condo property and more recently on the purchase of a single family home. Geri provides a superior level of service to her clients. My husband and I were fortunate to work with Geri to build our new home in Fairfax, VT. We were concerned that the building process would overwhelm us, but with Geri guiding us it was a breeze! We had sold our condo in Essex and moved into temporary housing for the summer while our home was to be built. We have two school age children, so it was important to us that our home would be completed before the next school year. Geri attended numerous meetings with us and our builder to ensure that we had a clear understanding of the process and the product we could expect. During the floor plan design Geri provided suggestions for modifications which allowed us to maximize space and help our home flow more efficiently. Geri recommended a lender and attorney who were extremely efficient. This allowed us to flow through the loan qualification process and break ground more quickly. Geri recognizes that buying a home is one of the most important events in your life and she is there to guide you every step of the way!
